We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.

• For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. For International deliveries, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs.25,000/ – and on orders below Rs.25,000/- we charge a amount for shipping as per actual
• For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
• For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
• Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
• We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including FedEx, UPS and Delhivery.shree maruti courier
• We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
• At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 4 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

As part of usual business practice, WE reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by US

• Orders placed using store credit
• Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
• Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
• Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by US
• Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

 

GIFT CARD
• Once issued, your Gift Card is valid for a lifetime.
• In order to redeem your Gift Card, you need to register with KANYAADHAN.com.
• Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on KANYAADHAN.com.
• However, they cannot be returned or refunded, and are non-transferable. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash in part or in whole, or converted into credit notes.
• They cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
• If the order amount exceeds the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance must be settled at checkout. COD will not be acceptable.
• If you wish to return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, KANYAADHAN Exchange & Return Policy will apply.
• KANYAADHAN.com is not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. We shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised and/or fraudulent purchases made using the Gift Card. We presume that the guest presenting the Gift Card code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher. Hence, we shall not verify whether the person redeeming it is the actual/intended beneficiary of the gift card.
• KANYAADHAN.com reserves the right to cancel or reject a Gift Card without prior intimation if we reasonably suspect that the gift code has been utilised or is invalid, or if the guest is not the intended recipient.
• KANYAADHAN Gift Card is an e-card and no delivery charges apply. However, KANYAADHAN.com’s standard delivery T&C apply for purchases made with it.
• If a guest purchases KANYAADHAN Gift Card(s) alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply (except during promotional free delivery periods).
• Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, with the exception of free delivery promotions.
• This gift card will be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in KOLKATA only
